Hello Customer Support, I need assistance with a defective CARLIEN watch that I recently purchased. The product listing states that the watch is waterproof, but the watch itself is labeled water resistant. After only a few days of normal use, I washed my hands several times while wearing it, and moisture formed inside the watch under the crystal. The watch was never submerged in water, used for swimming, or exposed to any abnormal conditions. This appears to be either a manufacturing defect or misleading product advertising. I would appreciate a replacement or a full refund. Please let me know how you would like to resolve this matter. I purchased this watch because the Amazon listing advertised it as waterproof. However, after wearing it for normal daily use and simply washing my hands a few times, moisture developed inside the watch under the glass. The watch itself is marked water resistant, not waterproof. This is a significant difference, and the product listing should accurately describe what customers are buying. A watch that allows water inside during ordinary hand washing does not meet reasonable expectations for everyday use. While the design looks nice, I cannot recommend this product because the advertising is misleading and the water protection failed almost immediately.
