I originally intended to give this as a gift to a family member. But it's so good that now I really want to keep it! I'm not sure what I'll do in the end, but whichever way it goes, somebody will be very lucky to have this! I mean...it's the usual outstanding Carhartt quality, which is impeccable. (And it'd better be because this shirt is expensive for what it is...and possibly overpriced, if I'm completely honest.) The color is gorgeous and the fit is perfect. I do have a teensy tiny wish that the neck were a small V, but that's my own thing, and I knew what this design was when I ordered it. I didn’t notice if the listing mentioned it but the sweatshirt was labeled “oversized” on the tag when it arrived. So it runs larger than expected through the waist, but is also shorter than I expected. I don’t hate it but I do hope it doesn’t get any shorter in the wash or I probably won’t want to wear it : / ... show more

When I reported the issue I was told I could not return the item but I was able to request a refund. Hopefully that goes through. Now I have to find a different listing for what I actually wanted in the first place. Very frustrating

If you are looking for a fuzzy, extremely comfortable sweatshirt, this is not that. It is a great outter layer in the fall for looking good, and for doing chores outside. This shirt is sewn very well and the material is also good quality as expected from Carhartt. It fits loose as described. The sleeves are a but long, just my fingertips peek out when my arm is straight down. It's more of a medium thickness, not really for warmth in my opinion. The sizing ran quite a bit large and fits much wider than shown on the model, despite ordering my size according to the posted size guide. Material and quality is ok for this sweatshirt. But sizing and length of this sweatshirt is highly inaccurate. You may have to get 2 sizes smaller then what you normally wear and length still be a issue for average height person.
