Amazon recommended a size XL for me, but it was way too big. I am curvy with wider hips so I do tend to struggle with clothing being a little tight around that area. Loved this Vest, in my opinion it runs a little big. I normally wear L or XL and this L fits a little loose, I kept it because I can wear a sweatshirt under it and it won't be tight. Nice material soft and super light. I wish they had other colors I would definitely order another one.
