I bought these gloves in the middle of last winter (January). These gloves didn't even get through this past November which is the beginning of our artic cold. They tore, fell apart and would never kept my hands warm. I had to add a glove liner and even then they were terrible. If you want pictures, I can provide them as I'm going to contact carhartt who seem to pride themselves on their cold weather gear. I never mistreated these gloves and always kept them in dry places.

For keeping my hands warm and dry, these work very well. Here’s the problem; they work too well. Even in 10 degree weather, my hands come out dripping with sweat, which causes the insides to be soaking wet and they won’t dry out, over when stood upright over my floor vent. After two uses, the insides of these made my hands smell absolutely disgusting. The only way I’ve found around this is after every heavy use (every day for me) I have to flip them inside out (takes about 5 minutes to do since they aren’t made for that) and wash / dry them. Just no way I’m doing that every day after work. For around the house like shoveling , these would be nice. Any use over an hour, and they are more of a problem than a solution.

When I first received this pair of gloves, I was pretty happy about how it fited and the fabric quality. However, I noticed there was a edge on the finger that have no stitches over it, so water or snow could easily go into my gloves. I might have received a lemon. I am returning this pair and order another pair to give it a shot. I'll update this review after I receive the new pair.

Well enough constructed for the price but if you're attracted to these gloves, be careful in regard to sizing. I have construction sized large hands and due to Chinas sizing practices I ordered X-large to cover the sizing difference. Didn't work, had to return and reorder for XX-Large. It's not as if up-sizing needs to be considered due to layering, Still a little snug, have to release the adjusting strap to its largest setting. I have recently purchased Carhartt's button down long sleeve undershirts along with a new winter coat and the quality is as usual, unquestionable. As are these gloves, except for the sizing. Be considerate of it.

Just got delivered and hand will not go in without struggling through the wrist on gloves. I can't put both of them on by myself. Once they're on hand fitment is good. Don't know how they'll hold up.

Amazing! My fingers are usually cold even with other regular gloves. These kept my fingers toasty in snowy weather! They are for men but I still got them in size Small. Tightening buckle works great for extra fit. They are a little bulky but I don't care what they look like cuz my hands are so comfy while I'm out with my boys playing in the snow!
