  • Super warm, Go up a size
Size: 2X-Large (Pack of 1) Color: Black
There’s no touchscreen capability, but they will keep your hands warm in sub 30° temperatures, especially if you wear a thick latex glove as a base layer/liner. Yes, they do stay a bit moist inside, so if you’re going to wear them on your Winter runs, wear latex liners to avoid soaking the insides of them. Drying them out doesn’t take long as long you can give them a few hours to do so; Just don’t use heat because they might shrink. I love the straps that allow you to tighten the gloves around your wrists, and the cuffs are great for keeping the cold out. They also have a clip that allows you to join the gloves for when you need to take them off and don’t want to risk losing one. I usually wear an XL in gloves, but I went with a XXL in these, and they fit perfectly; I would’ve regretted buying an XL as they would’ve been too snug. I would definitely buy these again. ... show more

  • Not bad for the money
Size: Large (Pack of 1) Color: Black
Received my gloves from Amazon, and since it was 32° and windy I thought it would be an excellent opportunity to test the gloves out. I took my dog out for a 45 minute walk and initially I could feel my fingers getting alittle cold but by the end of the walk my hands were warm. The gloves themselves are very comfortable on the inside since they seemed to filled with a microfleece type material. They seemed to do a good job at blocking their out the wind which is important to keeping your hands warm. I can't speak for the water repellancy yet but from what I've seem on videos as long as you don't go driving with them you should be OK. The main gribe I have with these gloves is the fit, I normally wear a med/large so I ordered a large and all my fingers fit perfectly except for my thumbs which are cut an inch to long. I don't know who at Carhart signed off on the fit but it's a little ridiculous. I bought these gloves to cover a 25°~35° range and I think they will be fine for that, anything colder then that I go to my Swany Tri-plex gloves which also cost 3x as much but get the job done. Remember that gloves (unless heated) are only insulators and unless your generating body heat for them to trap you are going to get cold. Happy travels! ... show more

  • This are nice, rugged, warm gloves.
Size: X-Large (Pack of 1) Color: Black
This is the second pair of these I've bought. The first pair is still going, but after three years of ice fishing and firewood splitting and stacking, the seams are splitting a bit. My only problem with them is that they are so warm that they will often get wet inside from perspiration when used for very active endeavors. I wish the wicking action was a bit better, but I can't complain about their warmth or their durability overall. ... show more

  • Didn’t work for touchscreen but VERY COMFORTABLE.
Size: Large (Pack of 1) Color: Black
When I purchased these I anticipated that they would be comfortable and worth the money. I was right. I’d heard about this brand and wanted a pair for myself. I took them on a winter trip and in 18 degree weather, they held up pretty well. I almost forgot I was wearing gloves (lol) until I tried to use my phone and they DID NOT WORK. Tisk Tisk…Comfort 10/10, working on iPhone 3/10. ... show more

  • A good warm glove.
Size: X-Large (Pack of 1) Color: Black
I needed a glove that I could wear and do winter chores with. I've used this in 17 degrees weather for a couple of hours and it keeps the hands fairly warm. The gloves fit well and have a long reach up the arm as well. I overlap them with my jacket so there isn't any cold air reaching the wrists. They are water resistant as well. The insulation is good, but they should be propped open so any moisture wicked from the hands should dry between use. If you have moisture in the glove when you put them on they won't insulate as well. ... show more

  • Heavy duty glove
Size: X-Large (Pack of 1) Color: Brown/Black
These were a bit more expensive than most. But they kept my hands fairly warm during the -5 temperatures we had recently. A bit bulky, but fit my hand correctly. Not a huge fan of the cuff at the bottom of the glove, as they make it a bit tough to wear with a winter coat (as the cuffs get in the way of the coat sleeves). Bought a similar pair for my son, without the cuffs, and I tried them on and liked them a bit more. Overall, pretty satisfied as they are warm in very cold temps. ... show more

  • The only thing wrong with them is the sizing chart
Size: X-Large (Pack of 1) Color: Dark Grey/Black
First, great glove, definitely warm and water resistant. I would (now knowing how to properly size them), buy them again. The reason for the 4 start rating is because I followed the size chart, having a 9 1/4 circumferential palm, first purchased the "large" - I could not get my hand past the wrist section. I immediately returned them for the X-large - and could not be happier. ... show more

  • They are just fine
Size: X-Large (Pack of 1) Color: Black
I bought these with a pair of heated gloves. For convenience I use these as I can just put in my pocket. If I’m not outside for a long time, my hands are fine in these. But shoveling snow for an hour in negative degree temps, my hands were dry, but they were cold. So it may have been too cold for these, but my hands did remain dry and I was able to shovel without any cold breaks. (But when I got inside my hand went to the heaters). ... show more
