This is my second pair of these boots. I bought my first pair in 2021 and I wore them almost everyday. I have problems with my feet due to an injury that I received during a deployment while serving in the Army years prior, and my feet are in pain a lot of the time. Because of that I am very particular when it comes to foot wear, specifically work boots. Boots are all different and are intended for different purposes. I am a Project Manager in the construction industry so I am not always required to wear steel toe boots, but I do spend most of my day actively on my feet moving around these are great for that as well as outside of work for casual activities. I have other pairs of boots for hunting, cold weather, fishing that I wouldn’t wear these boots for because they aren’t intended for those things. I highly recommend these boots if you are looking for comfort as well as style. I have never had anything from Carharrt that I didn’t absolutely love. The quality and durability is unmatched. They are pretty comfortable out of the box. I will say I always replace stock insoles with Spenco original green flat insoles to pair with my Birkenstock orthotics so can't rate the insoles. For the most part they are pretty comfy walking on cement all day, BUT by the end of the day your feet will be a bit sore. The soles are not designed for weather so consider them a warm weather summer boot. Wouldn't recommend walking off trail, as the soles are not built for any trail dirt walking. If your looking for a decent work boot, this one might be what you want. Jury is still out on this for me on rather to re buy but it's not a bad shoe by any means, just limited due to the soles.. ... show more
