The boots look just like the picture. The appear well made, sturdy, and seem like they would take a beating. However, they feel like bricks on my feet and at my age, I don't feel like being slowed down by anything that heavy. It was a workout wearing them in my house to see how they fit. I can't imagine doing actual work in them. There's got to be sturdy boots out there that protect feet, are well made, but which aren't heavy as these. This was a very comfortable boot; when I first tried it on, I was very impressed. That all changed when I discovered that none of my pant legs would go over the boot without getting hung up. So when I would get up from sitting or out of the truck I would need to pull my pant legs down over the boot. My pants are big at the base of the legs so unless you have bell bottoms you will probably have the same issue. It was just not going to work for me so I returned them. ... show more
