Very easy to do as long as you have a helper to hold up the anwing tube. Start to finish it took about 15 to 20 minutes to do. I'm glad I went this way instead of paying a extra $100 on parts mark up and labor!

Removed 3 screws then rolled up my awning and tied it off. Slipped out the old and slid in the new. Gave the spring 8 turns as per my awning size and slid the cap over the end of the arm. Installed 2 screws then opened the awning and installed the last screw. Took me about 15 minutes. This is an exact fit Owen replacement for my Carefree Fiesta. ... show more
