    • Perfect replacement for my Troybilt/Briggs&Straton Power washer.
I replaced my old carburetor with this one in about 10 minutes and the engine started on the second pull. Had to adjust the idle a little but works perfectly.

So far, so good. Had to replace the carburetor on a Troy Built 2800 PSI Briggs and Stratton 8.5 HP pressure washer with start issues. Cheaper, less labor, and minimum risk then trying to rebuild and clean out fuel gunk. One of the lever mechanism arms was loose and came off the carburetor. The original did not have this issue. I was able snap ot back on. Hope it stays. But, it worked fine. Used carburetor spray and the unit started on the first pull. I added a fuel cutoff switch to run the fuel line dry when storing for months to avoid future issues. ... show more

Almost a perfect fit. I did have to enlarge one of the control rod holes in the plastic lever but not a big deal. Took the old carb out with a couple of before pictures and had the new one on in about an hour. This went on my Troy Bilt pressure washer and it started up on the first pull and ran flawless for my first job since. My neighbour asked me to look at his pressure washer. He bought it to me and we picked it up and set it on a bench. I pulled the bowl off and found a sticky shellac holding the float valve in the seatI had carb cleaner in the can so proceeded to clean the unit. Upon putting the bowl back on I turned the gas on.
