  • Great for hallux rigidus
Size: 9.64" - 24.5cm - Women's Size 9, Men's 8
I have 2 pairs of custom orthotics with Morton’s extensions for hallux rigidus and they work great but I have arthritis in my hands so it’s difficult to transfer to different shoes. These inserts work really well under insoles that comes with shoes. NOTE: don’t order these unless you need a lot of stiffness for the toebox of your shoes!! ... show more

  • What a difference...
Size: 10.43"- 26.5cm -Women's Size 11, Men's 10
I wear minimalist shoes and use platform pedals when cycling, and the flex of the shoes would give me foot pain afterward. I added these under the padding of the shoes, and there is practically no flex and much better comfort on the bike. I would hate to walk long distances with them, but they're top notch for cycling! ... show more

  • Arthritis!
Size: 8.46" - 21.5cm - Women's Size 6, Men's 5
My Foot Dr put one of these in my shoe and what a difference! So I asked for another for my right shoe. It keeps you from bending your toes when walking. So I ordered this pair from Amazon, at a much "reasonable" amount then I paid the Dr office. These really work!

  • Rock Hard
Size: 10.83"- 27.5cm -Women's Size 12, Men's 11
The Carbon Fiber Insole 1 Pair for Pain Relief & Recovery is a well made insole, but I expected it to be a little more pliable. It is definitely hard and stiff. If that is what you are looking for in an insole - this is a well made one.

  • Life Changing
Size: 10.83"- 27.5cm -Women's Size 12, Men's 11
For me, these are literally life changing. I'm not a doctor or medical expert, so I can only relate my own experience. I'm 58 years old and was born with a clubbed right foot. It was corrected when I was a baby using the Ponseti Technique. A series of casts that is the standard treatment even today. I had no problems for half of my life and even served in the military. In my mid 20's my right fifth metatarsal broke for the first time. Over the next 30 years I rebroke it 15-20 times and my foot eventually has re-clubbed. I was a professional "boot wearer". Finally, 4 years ago, I had reconstructive surgery. My foot is as normal as it's going to be. I had a 1.8 Centimeter permanent break. I have tons of hardware and a cadaver bone. Over the last four years, I have been walking with a limp and my leg has atrophied. My doctor wants to do another surgery, even though he says my previous surgeon did an excellent job. I put these in my shoes and the limp immediately went away along with the pain. I have stiff, quality shoes, but these made them better. The inserts are very thin, about 2-3mm and I put them under the cushioning in my shoes. They can be used for either shoe just by turning them over. They are FLAT and do not have an arch support. My shoes are as comfortable as ever. I put them in both shoes even though my left is normal. I wear 11 and a half shoes, normal width. My clubbed foot is only a 9 and a half (normal for clubbed foot), but is wider due to scarring, so I can wear the same size shoe on both feet. This, for me, has been an instant, life changing moment. A moment like this is very rare. For the first time in 10 years, I'm walking pain free and WITHOUT A LIMP!!! ... show more

  • A little extra spring in my step.
Size: 10.83"- 27.5cm -Women's Size 12, Men's 11
I got these inserts primarily for when the ligaments in my toes occasionally cause pain while walking. I put them under orthotic insoles, so my foot was a little cramped height-wise with Two different inserts at the same time but was expected. I can definitely feel the more rigid support and it took a little while to get used to as my heel felt like it was trying to come out, but after a while, I did not notice it anymore. While walking, I felt like I had a little extra spring in my step. Driving also took a little bit to get used to as the normal feel of the pedals was not there. These did make some noise from my orthotic insoles rubbing against it. I put some foot powder between the inserts and the insoles and that took care of the noise. These are pretty lightweight at around 35 grams for the Men's size 11-11.5 (27.5cm) and are approximately 1.34 mm thick. They are very thin, but very rigid. They also look pretty much the same on both sides when flipped over, as can be seen in the picture, so I assume it does not matter which shoe (left or right) they are put in as long as they are flipped to be oriented correctly. Even though they are good for foot and toe pain, I am keeping them in my shoes for the extra springy feeling as well. Great inserts. ... show more

  • I did not expect these to be as hard as a rock
Size: 10.83"- 27.5cm -Women's Size 12, Men's 11
I am unsure how they can advertise these for pain relief and recovery when they are as hard as a rock. I was expecting something that was rigid... but there is NO PLAY in these at all and therefore extremely uncomfortable to wear.
