I do not usually write reviews but here we go, first off it arrived the next day and on time as advertised, the unit was fairly easy to install but be warned there are a lot of wires, but dont let that scare you just slow down and pay attention to where you plug the harnesses in follow the supplied diagram and its easy. Now that being said the unit is awesome very nice factory looking install very clean looking, and this thing has so many features its gonna take awhile to learn all of them but its very easy..... its more like a new computer than a Radio but like I said Its Awesome.... installed in a 2014 RAM 1500 ... show more

CarPlay works half the time and I have to pull over turn off my truck and restart the device if I want it to work again. Don’t recommend. It worked for the first couple weeks just fine and now it’s getting worse (1 month of owning it). Support is non existent for technical issues.

This product is a radio with poor reception compared with the factory radio, but it works well in bluetooth mode. The idea of it being great as an aftermarket reverse camera is too much to ask for at this price. Also, the microphone for "hands free" conversation is very weak, so you'll end up puting your call on speaker phone mode. ... show more

This radio completely changed how it feels inside my truck. I love that I retained every feature like rear view camera, the media hub also works perfectly and the voice command button now can be used as Siri if you hold it down. As soon as I turn the key the radio turns on and connects to CarPlay on my phone. You can also spend about an hour going through all the new settings now. It’s as fast as you’d expect a radio at this price to work, not the smoothest screen but still good. And also the a/c controls feel firm I was able to transfer all the screws over from the old panel and don’t feel any difference in quality. Overall I’m happy with the functionality and fitment. Instructions were a little unclear but installation was pretty much plug and play, it even came with the connection to retain the usb media hub ... show more
