Put it in in a 2010 VW Jetta, starts great every time, so much lighter! Just with it had both normal terminals instead of the screw in ground post. Made it so much taller the battery cover doesn't fit right now. May convert the cable to a flat terminal later to give better clearance. Only reason it didn't get a full 5 ☆ review.

I installed this battery in a 2000 Subaru Outback. It replaced a lead acid BCI Group 35 and it fit with no problem. The instructions that come with the battery provide specifications but little else. The description on the Amazon site actually provide the information you need for success. The battery arrived in a state of discharge. If you install it without first fully charging it you will have problems. The chemistry in this battery (LiFePO4) does not allow charging below 32F. The BMS won't allow your alternator to charge the battery until the internal temperature is 41F. The BMS switches the charging voltage to a battery heater. When the battery hits 41F it will start to charge normally. So far I can detect no operational difference compared to the battery it replaced.

Fits perfectly in a 2022 Nissan Altima that calls for an H5 size battery. Weighs about 1/3 as much and has better CCA. Update 1/21/26: though the battery fits and cranks the vehicle fine, when under hard acceleration all of the electronics blink on and off, including power steering. This is really not optimal when trying to drive the vehicle while cornering.I believe as another reviewer stated, its because of the computers perception of an overcharged battery, and cutting alternator output. Installed a 50 pound battery and the car is back to normal, just heavier. This battery will go to my boat for starting next.

This battery is very light and powerful, but it was basically unusable for my 2008 Chevy Equinox. Problems: If the car cranks longer than 3-4 seconds (normal for my car in winter), the battery shuts off. You have to open the hood and press the reset button on top to turn it back on. Very annoying. The negative terminal sticks up almost 2 inches. My car has a plastic battery cover, so the cover doesn’t fit and the reset button is covered by it. When the car is running, the voltage reading in the car fluctuates more then I'd like. The bad is the Brake, ABS, and traction control lights flash for a second every few minutes. I am thinking a voltage dip/spike causes the ABS module to reset. Everything is normal again with a regular battery. Good points: Never cuts out while driving Cheaper by almost half of the next lithium car battery Only buy this battery if: Your car is new and starts instantly There’s lots of space above the battery For older cars, skip it. I had to switch back to a normal AGM battery to fix my issues. Honestly if the voltage swings weren't an issue, and they had an app or some key fob to reset the battery, it would've been awesome. They could also implement a kill switch that way. But as is I can't recommend this one.

This battery is awesome, it’s super light and a real H6 car battery. I was looking at lithium batteries and how expensive the competitors sell car lithium batteries and when I bought this I was skeptical coming from AGM batteries but this performs really well and I will post an updated review in the future.
