This is junk. Save your money. Saw another review where they stated they left them with almost like a scar type of mark after wearing the patch. They were not kidding. I only wear mine for the 8 hours, remove, shower, place another patch in a different area, never in the same spot. I was also left with not just a red mark, but like a scratch or a wound. Because I was researching these so often, my phone picked up on it and I’m seeing a ton of ads for this item on every platform. Most all of the ads I’m suddenly seeing are AI garbage. Why are you using fake people and fake scenarios if you stand by a product that has real results for real people? Save your money. I purchased the collagen patches also. I’ll be leaving the same review for those as well.

Not a miracle solution. They seemed to do well for a week or two. I lost 3 lbs. I think that was due to diarhea. Then it leveled off and hasn't changed in 2 weeks. I may eat a little less at meals, but bored snacking and late night cravings still occur. A placebo effect that makes you eat less and excersize more might be how these work for some.

It's not going to turn off the food noise. Or at least it didn't for me. But it did turn down the volume. Especially with consistent use. No red marks or trouble keeping it in place except for one time directly after a shower.

I've used the Berberline patches for 1 week now & it has definitely been curbing my appetite. I can eat a small meal but I don't feel like I need to snack like I did before. If my husband asked me to grab him something as im leaving the kitchen I used to grab me one too however now I don't get me one & just dont have the want for snacks at all. I'm loosing very slowly a half pound a day but I put all this on slowly too so its ok. I put a patch on in the morning & remove it after dinner. The patch hasn't left any rash or anything like that . I'm pleased with results so far. Update im on day 12 & have lost 6 pounds .I have had some headaches but not all were bad & Tylenol fixed it. I dont have the want for sweet foods .I dont have any nausea & can eat a small meal but get full quickly. I forgot to remove the patch one evening & started to get a bad headache and couldn't sleep .I realized I still had patch on & within an hour of removing it headache was gone & I slept great.

I did not have any skin irritation issues, as I only wore them for the recommended 8 hours a day. However, every time I wore the patches, I got a horrible headache and was nauseous throughout the day. On days where I didn't wear the patch, I was fine. They didn't help my sugar cravings like I hoped they would. I wouldn't spend the money on these again.
