These are a great value. Same quality that you would find in a party store. We didn’t use helium we used the reusable ballon stands as centerpieces and saved a bunch of money. I’ve always been frustrated with the helium/ballon thing for parties because the helium wouldn’t allow you to re decorate a space. Anyways again these balloons were a great value! ... show more
