I was looking for a relatively inexpensive, but sturdy 4 foot plus high fence for my backyard to provide relative privacy for showering after exercise. I enjoy rinsing off with a cool water from my garden hose after exercising or doing yardwork in the summer. I didn’t want to spend too much money or energy into the project. The Caprihom air conditioner/ trash can fence looked like a good option. It was fairly easy to assemble. It came with stakes to hold it into the ground, but I was concerned they may not hold up during summer thunderstorms so I added additional support with a couple metal fence post supports. It now feels very solid and looks nice in the yard. I’m happy with my repurposed “trash can” fence from Caprihom.

Assembly took no more than 15 minutes by myself. Sturdy and tall enough to cover pool equipment. Didn’t put stakes in, so we will see how it holds up in the strong wind.

Great quality, easy to install with good directions. Looks great but I bought it to help with hvac noise nest to bedroom window. Unfortunately it didn’t help as much a si hoped for. No knock on the product. Recommend but maybe not for noise suppression l.

UPDATE: Seller responded timely and sent replacement caps. Updating to 5 stars. I was looking for something to hide my garbage cans to appease my HOA. This worked perfectly. Item arrived on time and was fairly easy to put together myself. All I needed was my drill and a rubber mallet. The metal stakes that are included are an upgrade from other sellers and make a big difference. Only complaint I have is that one of the caps was broken. I will be reaching out to customer service and will update the posting if response received. Rating 3 stars for now and if broken piece is replaced in a timely manner and good customer service, will definitely be updating to 5 stars.

After reading the instructions I thought the assembly would be a piece of cake. I quickly found out that the opening cut into the railing did not fit causing much frustration. One side of the slat fit into the rail but the other didn't. The instructions didn't mention any set manner in assembling. Assistance per the instructions were to email and the address was not valid. By accident we realized some slats along with the railings had black and red dots on the ends. Some, however had neither! ****assemble red slat ends to red railings, black slat ends to black railing. Those that are unmarked just experiment**** It was a tight fit but this technique worked (if only the instructions mentioned this fact. It's a quality privacy fence that looks nice.

While it is a POSSIBLE to do this alone, it helps to have a 2nd set of hands. This is a great fence for covering the pool pump, trash cans, ac unit, ect. It's not huge, it's easy to install and you can do it in about a hour and half. Less, if you have 2 people. Directions are fairly easy to read. It did what I needed it to do (cover the pool pump from road) and it doesn't feel like it will blow away in a storm.
