The Capri Tools 1/2 in. Drive Shallow and Deep Impact Socket Set is a collection of most frequently used 1/2 in. drive shallow and deep impact sockets in metric sizes. We use premium Chrome Molybdenum steel tempered with our proprietary heat treatment process to make these impact sockets and accessories. They are durable and specifically made to withstand high torque from power tools. Each item is expertly coated with manganese phosphate, the preferred coating in military and aerospace, which offers superior protection and corrosion resistance compared to black oxide coating on other impact sockets. The 6-point WaveDrive design grips fasteners more tightly than traditional design, preventing fastener rounding and giving you more leverage. Meets and exceeds ASME B107.110 standards. 36-piece set includes (18) 1/2 in. drive deep impact sockets: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 mm and (18) shallow impact sockets: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 mm.

The shallow #15 and #27 do not fit in the Ares magnetic socket holder. Great starter impact set with no skips. Seems like they’re great quality. Will update the review if any break in the future. I wasn’t planning on using the blow- molded cases, but they came cracked. Laser Etching look great

As good as the tool truck ones snap-on Matco. They’re great quality and you won’t regret buying them. I have every major tool brand and these are my favorite. Came in a tray which I threw away. I recommend them. Use it on my MAC HP impact and they’re on tight and the finish is tough. Won’t come off loose like the cheap ones. 10/10. ... show more

When I opened the case all the deep sockets were shifted over and the case itself was bent outwards enough to allow the sockets to move like that. Not cool when I just spent $250. I can understand how that might happen from shipping as these sockets weigh a ton. Its a small thing, sure, and I can live with it but, you wouldn't be too happy about a dent in a brand new car right?? Other than that they are great quality, I don't expect to ever need anything more between this and my 3/8 master set from Capri for automotive work. I do like the case (separate from the shipping damage) as it has four latches and is sturdy. Would have definitely given 5 stars for the set if the case was fine. ... show more
