Pros: These mats are a great starting point if you’re on a budget. All puzzle pieces fit together well and each piece can be an end or a middle. Soft and spongy feel. Cons: slippery if you workout barefoot or if you use your bench for spider exercises. Equipment and feet slip. Leaves indents from bench and rack. If you spent all your money on weights and a rack and just need something to get started, these are great. If you’re looking for the last flooring you’ll ever buy, get more dense rubber somewhere else. ... show more

Make sure to purchase the exact measurements of the floor size or your screwed. Not made to be expanded which is ridiculous considering I purchased the same exact brand twice but needed to add extra flooring.. the floors would not interlock.
