These are really easy to use and the 5-pound increment adjustments make it perfect for slight increases over time. The finish and flat edges are great for placing on the floor without rolling, and the grip is strong. Not worth a star reduction, but my only issue is that the base moves around on the floor when placing the entire 55-pound dumbbell back in the stand. These are great! They are super easy to use and you can change the weight quickly by turning the bar. They don't take up much space and are perfect for home workouts. The one annoying thing is the tray. It's too flimsy and you need to hold it down with one hand while you lift the remaining dumbbell out with the other or the tray gets lifted too. You need three hands if you are using both the dumbbells. I ended up clamping the base to a piece of wood. ... show more

The nylon coated steel is a nice touch to get rid of the “clinking” I’ve used them daily for 2 weeks and no issues with the weights falling/failing. Super easy adjustment from 10 to 55, 5 Lb increments. The flat edges are also a nice touch, so they won’t roll if set down. The copper grip is good. We originally ordered these December 21st. My Orders, said it had been delivered but it HAD NOT. Customer Service was very kind, re-ordered them & sent me a return label if a 2nd set appeared. . We have only received ONE set of the adjustable dumbbells. We like this set and plan on keeping it. It is now December 31st, 2022. I doubt another set will appear.
