  • Perfect but needs a viewfinder
Color: Silver
Great photos, easy to use. My only beef is no viewfinder. In bright light conditions it's hard to lock in with the screen. Otherwise a very nice camera!!

  • This camera is packed with features that make it easy to capture stunning photos and videos
Color: Black
If you're in the market for a high-quality point-and-shoot camera that delivers exceptional image quality, the Canon Cameras US Point and Shoot Digital Camera with 3.0" LCD is an excellent option. This camera is packed with features that make it easy to capture stunning photos and videos, whether you're a professional photographer or a hobbyist. One of the standout features of this camera is its 40x optical zoom, which is accompanied by an optical image stabilizer and zoom framing assist. This means that you can get up close and personal with your subject matter, without worrying about camera shake or blurriness. The zoom framing assist is particularly helpful, as it helps you to keep your subject centered in the frame, even when you're zooming in or out. Another great feature of the Canon Cameras US Point and Shoot Digital Camera is its ability to shoot 4K video and 4K time-lapse movies. This means that you can capture stunning footage in incredibly high resolution, which is perfect for creating high-quality videos or time-lapse sequences. In addition to its impressive video capabilities, this camera also features a 20.3 Megapixel CMOS sensor, which delivers sharp, detailed images with accurate color reproduction. This is particularly useful when shooting in low light conditions, as the sensor is able to capture more light than other cameras in its class. Finally, the Canon Cameras US Point and Shoot Digital Camera is also equipped with high-speed continuous shooting, which allows you to capture fast-moving action with ease. Whether you're photographing sports, wildlife, or other fast-paced subjects, this feature ensures that you never miss a moment. Overall, the Canon Cameras US Point and Shoot Digital Camera with 3.0" LCD is an excellent choice for anyone who wants a high-quality camera that delivers exceptional image quality, impressive video capabilities, and a range of advanced features. • BUYER BEWARE!
Color: Silver
Was very upset that, not only did I receive a camera that was meant to be sold ONLY in Japan, and, therefore was not covered by the Canon warranty outside of Japan, but also that I had to pay the $24 in shipping and insurance to return it. NOT ACCEPTABLE. The seller said it would be covered under a seller's warranty. But, what happens to that warranty if the seller goes out of business? I just wouldn't be comfortable not having the Canon warranty on the camera. ... show more

  • Excellent Travel Camera
Color: Black
When I want professional quality photos I use my canon 5D Mark IV with Canon “L” series lenses. You won’t get this caliber of photo quality from the SX740 HS. Nor should you expect to. And for up close everyday photos, it’s hard to beat my iPhone 14 Pro (the one camera I always have with me). But for situations in which I’m to far away to use my iPhone and I don’t have my 5D Mark IV and a telephoto lens handy, this camera fits the bill very nicely. When I travel, I am normally not on a photography adventure, just a vacation but always take a lot of pictures for the memories. It’s great to have a mega zoom camera that I can carry in my pocket to cover all situations. Camera focus is fast and accurate and I can always dial in the best exposure I can get (when I have the time I always prefer to go “manual” and choose the shutter speed, aperture and ISO. When I don’t have time, “auto mode” usually gets you close enough to dial in during post processing. I also am very impressed with burst shooting capabilities to capture action shots. Up to 10 shots per second and am very impressed with how it maintains very accurate focus. In most situations, picture quality is very good but not professional quality. All in all, a near perfect travel camera to have along with my iPhone. ... show more

  • Box says not for sale outside of Japan Menus in English
Color: Silver
Not sure why they would sell this camera under a listing that says Canon cameras US. Wouldn't that suggest that it was a USA version. There is no Canon warranty on this product. Just with the third party seller. The good part is that the menus are in English. I guess it is hard to find the USA version. The seller shipped it 2 day Air and the item arrived when suggested. Seems like a very nice camera. Will register with the seller's warranty. Who knows what the warranty covers. Nothing included in the box about the warranty coverage. Fingers crossed. ... show more

  • Great for Travel!
Color: Silver
Great camera for traveling with. It's lightweight and compact and the zoom is amazing. I'm still learning to use it more efficiently, but so far it's pretty easy to use. The selfie mode is a big improvement! Battery life is very good too! I'm just using it to take general photos and video. I'm not vlogging with it, though I could if I wanted to. I am an armature photographer so I am very happy with the quality of photos I'm getting from it. ... show more
