It works great! Installation was easy. Just followes the instructions and downloaded the software like it said, and the rest was a breeze. I don't think the software interface would be intuitive for someone that isn't used to computers though. It's very minimal and lacks user_friendly controls. I wouldn't get this for my parents, but for me it's a fantastic printer/scanner for my needs. ... show more

Hopefully this printer is as awesome as everyone has said because this set up is trash. I homeschool my children and im trying to have it set up before tomorrow but of course it’s not setting up as planned and technical support isn’t open at the moment. It’s referring me to the online manual and I’m doing exactly as I’m told yet it still not working. My mom was a medical transcriptionist and did medical billing at home so I’m not unfamiliar with computers or printers and even with previous experience and knowledge I still can’t figure this crap out ... show more

A small printer that fits well on my desk. The print quality is good and the ease for use is great. The only issue I have is, if left on it cleans itself a lot! A great buy and came with all the items necessary it keep it working!!
