When my first box of chairs arrived it was missing the legs on one of the chairs. A hole had busted open in transit and they must have fallen out. I got in contact with the seller, and was so thankful that my issue was resolved quickly and effectively. I could not have been happier with the customer service from this seller! The chairs are lovely. Easy to put together (just screw on the 4 legs with the bolts and tool provided). The grey is a lovely medium tone grey that contrast perfectly with my beige side chairs (also purchased on Amazon) but don't darken/heavy the room. The upholstery is lovely and they appear well made. The cushion of the chair is on the hard side at the moment, but I'm convinced that with some use it will break in and soften up. Overall, you can't beat value for money that these chairs offer.

The chairs are so cute. Very small fits nicely into your space. They are super stiff and not very comfortable but I also bought them for more of an accent area anyways. The price is great and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to add color to their room but not necessarily looking for the most comfortable chairs.

These chair are pretty, soft, and comfortable. Although I had an issue with my purchase the company stayed in communication with me about the issue and they quickly fixed it. I’d definitely recommend buying them and I’d purchased more myself in the future. The company’s customer service is EXCELLENT!!

The bottom of one of the chairs had to be fixed to add the legs. The overall chairs are very uncomfortable. They are too high to sit. It would cost too much to ship back so now I am stuck with these. They do look nice in a room for staging.

These chairs are pretty comfortable. They are neither too big nir too small, therefore they can be used as dinning or accent chairs. The color is a dark smoky grey that goes with everything.
