    • Old Firmware and No Way To Update It
Camera has old Firmware! Unable to Update on Canon Website and Customer Support unable to help. Cannon Registration and Cloud Services will not work until Firmware is Updated. Unable to update Firmware. I like the Camera and how it works, but it will not connect to anything or work with App, Computer, or Cloud Service. I Will be repackaging and returning the Camera. Does not come with Required Card Reader, or the Required Cable. ... show more

    • Zoom lens is an issue
Called distributor to get T2 adapter for zoom lens to fit to camera body (included adapter was for Nikon). They sent it out with no questions. Lens now fits Canon but will not focus. Wish I could send back lens and keep everything else but it doesn't work that way. Had to return it all. Bummer
