TL;DR Recommended, but take care of it and expect to replace it sooner than you think with heavier use. 5 Quality stars. Colors are vivid, whether printing at standard resolution on plain paper or high-res on glossy photo paper. 4 Value stars. There are far cheaper cartridges but in my experience they produce inferior results. 3 Longevity stars. With heavy use, the ink runs out more quickly than it does in other printers I've owned. With light use, if you forget to print at least one test sheet per year, the ink will clot up and the cartridge will be useless. ... show more
