The mattress fit perfectly and was very easy to inflate and install, however before even using it once, one of the sections would leak out air within ten minutes of filling. I requested a replacement from Amazon, but the replacement seemed to have the same issue (although took around 25 minutes to fully deflate). I cannot figure out how to reach customer service! If not for this quality issue, this mattress would be a perfect 5 stars! edit: customer service is very helpful! I bought this to use in my Bronco Sport on a camping trip with my friend. It took a long time to inflate it. There are three separate chambers to inflate. The pump that comes with it is universal so it has attachments to use which makes it difficult to hold and inflate. Seriously, I stood on the side of my Bronco filling this thing up for a 40 minutes because the fittings were wiggly and I had to hold it. My friend and I couldn’t believe how slow it was. It held all night though and was easy to deflate. My bronco is small and this fit it great. ... show more

It fills up quickly and is surprisingly comfortable for what it is. It fit into my Audi Q7 perfectly and was easy to set up. Unfortunately, the portion where your head goes popped the second night I slept on it. The part where your body goes held out another two weeks and then that stopped holding air as well. This item has honestly been really great, fit, color, ease of use….however, after a couple months I’ve noticed it’s no longer holding air. One whole section is completely deflated by morning, and now it’s already deflating before I start using it. It’s price point is certainly showing, and the set didn’t even come with patches (assuming I could find a SINGLE spot to patch). If the quality of the product was higher it would be a 5 cause everything else is great. The inability to hold air after maybe ten uses? That’s disappointing…buy something nicer instead ... show more

Great looking, it fit my BMW X6 perfectly and was easy to inflate. It came with a 12V inflator that is quick to inflate and a carry bag for the matress. It takes under two minutes to inflate, and putting it away is simple and takes under 5 minutes if done correctly. The seller exchanged the product and made things right immediately. Their customer service was the best I have experienced with an online purchase. They were adamant in making things right and communicated throughout the process. They really stand behind what they sell, I highly recommend this product. It is fairly priced and backed by a trustworthy and responsible seller. The first one one of the seams came apart to make a huge bubble all the way down the mattress returned it for another and there’s a hole in it. Edit: I wrote the above review only cause Amazon asked me to I usually don’t. Since the company reached out offered to send me new lights they only needed an address to send it so I sent them an address and they sent another order of lights. I thought that was pretty awesome. Talk about standing by your product and taking care of your customers. Good support good company good people they deserve your business if considering I hope you’ll buy from them ... show more
