The first one of these I bought was perfect and very comfortable. However, the second one came with no Velcro for armrests. Also, the footrest definitely could be longer. I am 5'7" and my feet hang over a bit. Overall a great chair with very minor setbacks.

Love it! I bought this chair because I wanted an inexpensive recliner for my man cave. It came today. It was super easy to put together and it is super comfortable. Perfect chair to sit back in and watch a game on tv with a cold one. I liked it so much, I ordered a second one today (before the price goes up). I bought a La Z Boy at Christmas and it was $2300.00 This is no La Z Boy but it’s perfect for what I wanted.

The chair is fairly comfortable however several of the massage points stopped working within the first 6 months of having it. The heat functionality is not great. Recently the cable for the side switch that releases the foot rest broke. I have was not able to locate a replacement anywhere on Amazon or direct from the manufacturer to order one so I reached out on Amazon to contact the seller. After taking the chair apart to send the photos they requested they told me the item was out of stock. When I reached back out about the part I was provided with a link to an electric remote however my chair is not electric. I was advised to order that part then reach back out to provide them with my order number so they could send me the correct part. I am not comfortable ordering a part I don’t need in hopes they send the correct part. This has been going on for more than 6 weeks and I have not been able to put my feet up. So frustrated and disappointed! I would not recommend this chair.

This chair is fabulous! I'm in my 70's and worked planting my garden, I was quite sore later. I sat in my chair, turned on the heat and vibration and fell asleep. I don't know how I ever lived without this chair. It's very comfortable and my granddaughter and I put it together. Easy peasey!

This seems to be a very mediocre chair. It looks pretty nice, and the fabric is nice and soft. But the chair is much smaller than I expected (despite my measurements before purchasing), so check your measurements twice if you're wanting a large chair. This isn't one. Also, we've had it for about 2 years, and one of the springs in the seat is already poking up uncomfortably. It's not a terrible chair; it sits just fine. It's just too small for my 5'8" body, and the quality isn't very impressive. It's a pretty meh chair, and I'm already ready for it to fully wear out so that I can replace it with something better.
