Couch arrived in 3 different boxes. I received 2 boxes one day and one big box the next day. Opened box 1 of 3 first, it has the couch feet/hardware and instructions inside where the bed pulls out. Instructions are pretty straight forward (Screw the feet/screw on the rollers). After opening all the boxes and attaching the couch together, you just had to insert the backs on and attach the cushions on the front. The middle cushion is already attached since it folds out for the cup holders. The couch itself is a pretty comfy couch, not too hard and not super soft. There is also a little pocket behind the cup holders where you can put remotes or controllers. I was able to put a ps5 controller in the pocket and close the drink holder cushion with no issue or damage to the controller. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend this couch!

I chose this specific couch because previous reviewers had rated it comfortable and easy to assemble. That was not the case for me. It was way too firm and stiff, which I could have lived with, but there were no holes in the bottom to add the legs on mine. I would have had to drill. It is a beautiful couch but be aware that you will need at least 2 to 3 people to assemble. The sides slide on to the main couch sleeper with male/female parts, but that didn’t work easily either. They were hard to get on and off. Also, I couldn’t get the sleeper to open for me until my son-in-law came to help me with it and even he struggled with It. off. I wound up selling it because I had no way to get it to the nearest UPS store to return. Totally not worth it for me.

We have been looking for a couch like this for a couple of months. We found one that we liked, but they didn’t have the soft material like this one has. After reading the reviews, I decided to bite the bullet and bought it. I am extremely happy with it. We purchased it for our three season room, and I find myself out here a lot more often. It’s definitely worth the buy. It is a little firm, but does soften up after using my son came over and fell in love and wanted to get one as well for his apartment. Unfortunately they are all sold out. I’m looking forward to some coming in so we can purchase it I haven’t been able to find anything similar. A+

There were no reviews on this piece but decided to take a chance. It is more sturdy and comfy then I could have hoped for. The cushions are thick, the soft chenille fabric is perfect, and the seat height of 20 inches is so much more comfortable than the others that were under 16 inches. It came in three large boxes. Setup was pretty simple: put the legs and rollers on, and then slide two sectionals together. We had a problem sliding chaise to loveseat. After several tries we discovered we were missing a female pair of attachments and the attachments were on backwards. This problem caused much anxiety until we realized the problem- hence 4 stars. We Contacted the company and received a response within hours. They are sending us a female pair of attachments and then all should be good. To receive the correct hardware will take 2 weeks. We looked at a similar unit at Ashley and it was double the price of this one. I used my Amazon points and sold 4 chairs( this was replacing) so basically only paid 80.00 shipping. This will make a great addition to our sunroom and give us extra sleeping space when the grandchildren visit. I’ll update later after using awhile. Oh one more thing- the bed mechanism is easy and smooth. Currently extremely pleased!

This Sleeper Sofa and Chaise is definitely worth the price!!! It came with all the required fittings to complete the assembly however you will need a light weight powered drill because it does not have pre-drilled holes for the legs or wheels. Most importantly, the big questions !!! Is this sofa comfortable? Does it live up to the specifications with the seat depth? The answer is YES!!! The 2 additional features cup holders and USB charging ports are functional and makes it a very cool add on!!! 5 Stars!!!

Buying for use in a small studio apartment. Was nervous with so few reviews — but it’s a great couch! Easy to put together, fabric is soft, and couch is super comfortable. Firm but not hard. Seat depth is good and it’s a good height. Super happy with the purchase

This couch was great when I first got it. Easy to put together mostly, and was sturdy and comfortable. Now one year later the one arm doesn't sit in the tracks and pushes out constantly, the cushions are trashed and misfired, and the slide out to make it a bed makes it very uncomfortable and has a sizeable gap that my poor dog falls into. This couch is not long lasting. The posts that put the back cushions on are not sturdy and are bent. I've cleaned it a few times and it just looks dingy. I am not rough on my furniture, nor is my house unkempt. It is just my husband and I and a dog. I wish I didn't waste the money on this couch and gotten something better.
