Worked great for about a month then started to leak. Can’t get a response from customer service at all. UPDATE: They have responded to my review. Their response is totally unsatisfactory on a number of levels. First of all, it acknowledges that the pump is faulty and needs to be replaced, but that the pump is out of stock in the US warehouse and the replacement pump must come from a factory in China. In light of the current trade relationship between the US and China, how many weeks or months might that take? And in the meantime I have a useless toilet that cost me $579 to buy from Amazon, and many hundreds of dollars more to have professionally installed. Second, the work around suggested is completely impractical. The toilet, like most toilets, is installed up against a bathroom wall. To remove that pump is impossible without removing the entire toilet. I'm not a professional plumber. The only way CANEST can make this right is to completely refund my purchase. Even that won't make me whole, because I spent hundreds of dollars to have it installed by professional plumbers. Unless and until CANEST does that, my review stands. Horrible, defective costly product. Terrible, inadequate customer service. AMAZON, if you pay any attention to these reviews, hear me well: I have bought many thousands of dollars worth of products from you for over fifteen years. It will cost you less to force CANEST to refund my money, than it will in the long run from all the future purchases I WILL NOT MAKE after this experience. UPDATE #2: The right thing for CANEST to do is to issue a refund, and to their great credit (and Amazon’s) they have now done so. Consequently, I have revised my review to reflect that they deserve five stars for their responsive customer service. My faith in Amazon has been restored. I really loved this product for the first month after it was installed. Once it started leaking it was a huge disappointment. In fairness to CANEST, from the great majority of reviews it appears that I was just unlucky to receive a unit with a defective pump, as most reviews are sterling and only a few others mention the pump problem I experienced. And, again, CANEST issued a full refund so I commend them for the quality of their customer service. Tim Williams

I don't think I could be happier with this toilet. It's a great unity of form and function. Functionally, I had an old toilet with a Bidet kit. The toilet was too small and with the Bidet it led to a persistent problem keeping it clean (I'll leave it at that ;-). The Canest is night and day different- beautiful and stays very clean on its own. I also like the remote. I installed it myself. I was an electrician so installing an outlet close to the toilet was easy and easier while the toilet was not in the way. The toilet is quite heavy - very much a 2 person job to place it. Instructions were clear and everything fit as per spec (although I dropped one of the nuts down the plumbing (not going after that) but that's on me. One word of caution. the flex water hose is prone to kinking and it's important to think about the direction of the water spigot so the hose isn't likely to kink. I didn't do that and I'll admit it was a bit hard to visualize proper orientation in my head. Finally, I wouldn't say the flush is "quiet" but it's not like those airport toilets that give you the impression they're flush their contents to another concourse (or universe). I think it's quite reasonable and it helps keep the toilet clean. The toilet is very comfortable (especially if you're not used a butt warmer - oh yeah). Great product. Great value for the money.

I waited a couple of months before I gave this review. I must say this bidet is a game changer. Well worth the money, love the night light and everything about it. Extremely easy to install, I did have to use two wax rings because the toilet sat on top of tile nd not on the concrete. Adding the electrical plug was very simple as I had a source from another room. I have two other bathrooms that I am considering installing this in. I like the fact that it doesn’t use a lot of water like a standard toilet. The flush and cleaning system is awesome.

I really wanted to like this toilet. On paper it sounds so nice. Heated seats, bidet…what’s not to like? Well let me tell you. We ordered our first toliet in November 2024 and then paid a plumber to professionally install it which cost several hundred dollars. Within two months the toliet was leaking. At first we thought it was the seal, the toilet was so expensive, there’s no way it could be broken. We had another plumber come out and paid several hundred dollars more to find out that the seal was fine, the pump was faulty and was causing water to spray out. I contacted Amazon and accepted a replacement unit which arrived in Jan of 2025. Again, we paid a professional plumber hundreds of dollars to install this model. Fast forward to Feb 2025 and the exact same issue has occurred with the second model, another faulty pump. All in all I have spent nearly 1000.00 on plumbing issues caused by not 1 but 2 faulty toilets with this company. They clearly have a pattern of poor construction. Avoid at all costs, use any other brand you can find.
