So after three days of use, and using it only to light one candle, it stopped working. I cleaned the heads, tried re-charging it, etc... nothing. It says it has a full charge but no spark. The concept is a great one, I loved it when it first arrived, but for the price, it needs to work at least a 6 months... and it just lasted 3 days. :( I was excited about this product... but it is a fail. Update... it started working once more, so I had requested a replacement and it already arrived, so I'm keeping my replacement as well, as I do love the concept.

It’s a great gift. Takes a bit longer to light a candle. But just give it a few extra seconds than a match. I like it. This is my second one. I let someone have the first one. LoL works ok lighting cigars also. Just take a few extra seconds.

I am a candle person and was getting sick of having to replace my lighters so often and dealing with tricky triggers on some of them, so decided to give this a shot. I'm really glad I did because it's very easy to use and I won't have to buy a replacement. The only thing that's kind of annoying is you have to really make sure you're holding it just right on the wick or it won't light, but its not a big deal.

This is something I definitely didn’t know I needed, easy to use, battery life is great. We had family over and starting a fire pit was no problem. They were also impressed to see how easy to use. I like that this product is pretty safe and easy to use as far as the buttons on it go. There’s a switch and you have to push to turn it on and a separate button to activate it. I typically charge at least once a week because it lasts me that long (I mainly only use it for my candles).

I liked this product a lot, and gave it as a gift four times. However, mine just suddenly stopped holding a charge?? I'll fully charge it and then use it for 10 seconds and it's dead again. I can't even light every wick on my three wick candle at the same time and I'm very confused why this suddenly started happening.
