These bulbs are really a great quality & come packaged perfectly. I bought two packages, one for a bedroom & another for my dining room. They are very very bright. This worked okay for me for the bedroom chandelier but it was a bit too bright for my dining room. I live in a vintage home & it seemed a little harsh. I think I am just used to a softer light & even when dimmed it was very white & bright. This is just a personal choice & has nothing to do with the exceptional quality of these bulbs. ... show more

EDIT: After just over a month, one bulb started flashing and going dim. I switched the bulb to different sockets and it still does this. The other bulbs all work fine no matter which socket, so it’s clearly the bulb itself that is the problem. Very disappointing. Edit #2: I contacted the seller and they sent me a new set of bulbs. Didn’t need to return the first set. Problem solved! Satisfied once again. A couple of the bulbs had come out of the cardboard holder and were loose in the box, but they weren’t broken. Finally I was able to replace all 6 bulbs in our bathroom light fixture with LEDs instead of the incandescents it came with. They fit the sockets perfectly. The bulbs themselves were a bit smaller than my old ones but that’s my fault, I didn’t read the actual bulb diameter carefully. The socket fit was perfect and they are nice and bright without being too white or having a blue tinge. Very happy. I expect these to last a long time. ... show more

Bought these bulbs (a six pack) as every other bulb we bought threw off too much glaze. These are perfect. We have a fixture of 5 bulbs. However, one blew bulb out in a short period of time. These are excellent light but if using them in a 6 bulb chandelier, they are way too bright. They are so bright. You can’t even take a picture of the chandelier because it’ll just look like a white light.
