My coat is beautiful and authentic- I bought it from Outland USA. It came new in a plastic bag not a box with garment bag and hanger but who wears a box? It fits perfectly (size small, 5’3”, 120 lbs) and is well constructed and warm- I feel so cozy in it. I lucked out with a gorgeous ruff and my zipper works well. I like the backpack straps and they also help keep the coat on the hanger. My only quibble is the front slant pockets- they should have zippers not snaps to protect against the elements and zippers are easier to use with gloves on. It’s also hard to get at my cell phone with the pocket being on the inside with a flap over it plus unzipping to get at the pocket lets the cold in. But all in all- I love this coat.

Literally the best coat that I have ever owned. Immune to the wind, Powerful against the cold, Durable for wear and tear, and not too hot when you're indoors. I love this coat because it is super warm when you are outside, but doesn't overheat you when you are inside. I got a medium, and it fits me perfectly! I have slightly broader shoulders, however, and so it can be difficult to fit extra sweatshirts underneath. (Although I realized that extra sweatshirts are not necessary with a coat of this caliber). This coat is also waterproof, I took this coat to see the glaciers in Argentina, with winds of over 60mph and swells of water coming over the boat, Not once was I cold, not once did I feel the strength of the wind, not once did the water permeate through the coat, and not once did I want to go inside the boat to miss out on seeing the glaciers. This coat made that experience not only possible, but enjoyable.

This coat came with a fur ruff that was extremely sparse and thin in comparison to other Canada Goose Shelburne jackets. Called Canada Goose regarding getting a warranty replacement. Canada Goose replied that while they do everything do provide quality inspections sometimes coats do get by and are not up to their standards. A warranty replacement would take at least 4-6 wks and they could not guarantee a replacement without seeing the ruff. They further advised that because the retailer only had a 30 day return policy and they could not get me a new ruff within that time frame that it would be best to return the coat to the retailer as defective. I contacted the seller to return the coat with an explanation of the problem. Seller sent me a return label with postage due. As I do not feel that I should have to pay the return postage on a $775 defective coat, I contacted Amazon in regards. Seller still refused to pay return postage. I am returning the coat and will not purchase any further products from this seller and advise others to beware! Amazon will be picking up the shipping as they actually do know what good customer service is.

My wife had no idea who Canada Goose is or about their products? Christmas morning she loved the color and the fit of the coat but I didn’t get the OMG moment. That came later when we went to my brother’s house for dinner and all of the lady guests went berserk for my wife’s coat. That made her feel good. That coat looks great on her and the size chart is accurate. I can’t wait for it to get bitter cold and she can see how warm it keeps her.

This coat is excellent! It fits true to size and the fur is very full. The hood is enormous and keeps the wind and snow out of my face. It does block my peripheral vision a bit so I need to pull it back a little when crossing the street. The coat itself is extremely warm (I don't wear a scarf) and very well made, not to mention attractive and comfortable. The weight is on the heavier side, but sturdy and definitely manageable. Straps are sewn in the interior in case you need to take it off and carry it. I have received several compliments.

I love this Canada Goose. One problem is the fur hood, it seems pretty small compared to the picture and it’s super hard to find replacement furs for the jacket. Otherwise it’s pretty warm and snuggly. Perfect for the blistering winter

I received the wrong item. It was a size xs instead of a small, had no tags and no fur hood. Currently experiencing a bit of a delay getting my refund as well, very frustrating overall.
