This is an outstanding, high-quality water heater that exceeded all our expectations in both performance and value. My wife and I have made it a ritual to enjoy a hot outdoor shower every evening, overlooking our lush South Florida garden. Thanks to Camplux, this daily pleasure was incredibly easy and affordable to set up. The heater arrived within two days, as promised, and was packaged with great care. Installation was a breeze: we simply screwed on the included garden hose adapter, hung the unit in our shower, attached a standard garden hose, connected the supplied propane regulator, and hooked up the included shower head. (If you prefer a fancier shower head, it’s easy to swap out.) Two D-cell batteries power the ignition, and they last a long time. That’s it—within minutes, you’re enjoying a strong, hot shower. No electrician or plumber needed! The water pressure is excellent, and I’m confident it could handle a second shower head if needed. Compared to the cost and hassle of a traditional water heater, this is an incredible bargain. What truly sets Camplux apart is their customer service. After about six months, our unit stopped heating. I dreaded the typical Amazon post-purchase black hole, but to my surprise, Camplux was incredibly easy to reach—I simply Googled their support email and received a helpful reply the same day. After trying a few quick troubleshooting steps they suggested (which were easy), the problem persisted. Without hesitation, they sent us a replacement unit. We were back to enjoying our outdoor showers in no time! I can’t say enough good things about Camplux. Not only is their product top-notch, but their commitment to standing behind it is truly impressive. Highly recommended.

Our home was flooded and "thought" that this product would provide an alternative hot shower solution. The directions are terrible. Here is an idea, have someone from your company try and follow the directions you print and see if they can correctly get the unit to heat water.. VERY disappointed. (I did read the reviews and was skeptical, should have gone with my gut and not purchase the item.

It worked just fine for about a month and a half. Then it seemed couldn't keep the temp down then the know for the temperature control stripped. Got it back on but now the pressure control know seems like it's controlling the temp and it shuts off if you turn that know too low, I figured due to lowering water pressure. So when I plug it the temp starts going up. To like 150 and then starts going down all the way to 77. Try to adjust them know and it does nothing the pressure know does nothing so basically I can not use this anymore. Surely I thought of getting at least 6 months from this. Had since June 25th and we don't even use it everyday.

Our cold water coming from the tap is not cold enough to operate this heater. The water comes out a 113 degrees, on the lowest setting. Too warm for the dogs. Hopefully it will come handy during the winter months.

I have used one of these for my rv for years, wanted to hook up an outside shower so I bought this one. however, this product not only scalded me but would only work for 1 minute and then turn off. the low adjustment will not turn low enough for a shower, too much of a safety concern for me going to return it.

Best for people who like to camp a lot and especially in areas where its a little chilly. This product comes in handy. It heats water in less than 5 minutes, providing nearly unlimited hot water for showers. Additionally, it's highly fuel-efficient; one propane cylinder lasts me a couple of weeks.
