To get it out of the way, no this is not the keyboard for an open office space. It would be too loud & distracting for those around you. With the help of YouTube changing the switches to sound reducing switches (MAY) help reduce this. I’m no expert, just a satisfied customer. I’m lucky enough to work from home and have a private office when onsite. I use a generic company usb dell headset for my computer and a one ear Bluetooth headset for my work cellphone. Neither are anything fancy, $15-30 max, so the clicking shouldn’t be a problem for most headsets. If you work alone and over the phone you’ll have no problems! I love the round typewriter keys, the tactile feedback is great, key clicks make me want to type faster and faster. The wrist rest is surprisingly a perfect slant for me. Stating the obvious but, it’s a gorgeous keyboard, cool backlight features (backlight color cannot be changed. The media could not be loaded. This key board is amazing can be used for gaming or just everyday use… I use this at my desk at work and I am absolutely OBSESSED!!!! You will be to no complaints AT ALL super easy to connect I have not had any issues everyone that comes in wants to know where I purchased my keyboard…. ITS SUPER CUTE…. It’s heavy very nice material…. Came very fast…… the only thing is the lights don’t cut off if they do I have not figured out how I simply unplug it at night when I get off and when I get back to work the next morning I plug it back up easy as 1 2 3…💞💞💞💞💞💞 ... show more

Needed to replace my keyboard after a certain fool (me) had the brilliant idea to use a Shop Vac to try to get the dust out and sucked up a bunch of keys. [face palm] I needed a keyboard that would work with my Mac, but would also be Windows-compatible since I work remotely in a Windows environment. Additionally, I do like backlit keys, and I prefer an old-school type of keyboard, where the keys have some meat and click sounds to them, rather than the laptop-style of keyboard with flat keys. This one fit the bill nicely, had a good price point, and was at my house approximately 24 hours after I ordered it. Running it through its paces, it feels comfortable under my fingers, and since I type for quite a few hours each day, that's very important. A minor quibble: On my keyboard at least, the little indicator light for Number Lock doesn't appear to work at all, and it seems that the NumLock key itself doesn't function — or, it actually does work, but as another backspace key, rather than toggling NumLock on and off. No matter which keystrokes I use based on the little instruction manual, I can't seem to change that. (Also, I have no idea what the little "W" light means.) But, since I always leave the calculator side of a keyboard set on NumLock anyway, using the regular arrow keys to move around, this really isn't an issue for me. When I hit the calculator pad, I expect numbers to come up, and that's what happens here. All in all, for this price, the quickness of delivery, the good feel of the keys, and its seamless integration with both Mac OS and Windows, it's a good bargain. (When I clean this keyboard out, I'll be sure to use a compressed air blower rather than a Shop Vac.) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If the wrist rest attached somehow this would be a 5 star product. The description says magnetic but if there is a magnet in there it's very weak. It doesn't stay attached to the keyboard at all if you move it around on a mouse pad (see video). Some kind of click in place would be nice. The keyboard itself is a beautiful dusky pink and rose gold trim on the keys. There are so many light features, it's hard to choose right away, but fun that you have so many to change when you get bored of one. You can even speed up or slow down the lights, and brighten and dim them. This works with any of the light designs. The click of the keyboard is very satisfying and only slightly louder than a normal keyboard if you work in a quiet office like I do. I like that it has the 10 key, I need it for my line of work and not a lot of the other fancy keyboards on the market have the 10 key. There are 3 adjustable heights, and overall I think this is a really great, beautiful keyboard. It's worth the money to me. Maybe I can figure out how to rig the wrist rest to stay on my own. ... show more

I love love love this keyboard! The sound the keys make is similar to a typewriter my grandparents used to have, so I love the way this keyboard sounds and functions. There are at least 18 different light patterns (there may be more; I’m just now figuring it all out), but this has been incredibly to use so far. I noticed when I first plugged it in that the windows key wasn’t responding, but I just had to tap the FN key a few times and it started working, so I’m assuming that’s a different setting I haven’t figured out just yet. ... show more

As an IT professional at a fortune corporation, I can say this is by far the most superb retro/class style keyboard I have ever owned. The sheer weight of the keyboard speaks to its durability. The retro looking keys and simplicity of design put this keyboard at the top for gamerz. With the look and feel like (they dont make them like this anymore), this keyboard sits above the rest for shock and awe 10 stars as beautiful design and lots of non bright nor distracting light. It feels as if you are using a simpler typewriter I havent found a way to change the colors yet as it is red, blue, pink,purple, green LED underlit keyboard. 100% recommend this product/seller experience. ... show more
