it works fine,its not that i need this all the time but when i do i like to know that i have one that works .i have an old azden i spend $125 on many years ago that does not work and this one works just as well as the azden did when it did work. if there are any flaws in the audio they will be verry minor and i can always tweek the audio with the TASCAM DP-006 recorder if i feel the need. . so in the end i got what i needed for a great price .knowing how pricey everything has become lately. so i am happy.

The media could not be loaded. So I already have the Rode Micro which I really like. I compare this mic side by side the sound is exactly the same. I was surprised since Rode is a great brand and costs more. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: I like the build a lot more than the Rode. It is sturdy and doesn't get in the way of my lens. The rode always flops up and down which is frustrating. The Comica stays sturdy which I love. Also the wind protector fits on really nice. The one that came with the Rode is loose and falls off all the time. They also supply another mic cover which is perfect for audio in door and removes any pop sounds from your voice. I was also surprised that they included a smartphone audio cable so I can use it with my iPhone. I also love that you don't need a battery for it. Cons: Honestly I really don't have anything bad to say about it. It is very solid and wish I got this one over the Rode when I was choosing before. So if your considering a mic for your DSLR's, Mirrorless Cameras and Smartphones this is a great one. I recommend it over the Rode Micro in every way.

The media could not be loaded. IF you want a budget alternative to mics like the Rhode line, this is a great value for the money. The sound quality is very good if you know how to set your levels. In terms of the material quality, all is good minus the shock mount. I feel it could be better but beggars can't be choosers.

The media could not be loaded. I love when a company can improve a product for more uses. I have multiple comica products and each time I am very impressed. This is a mark II or version 2 of a microphone that is portable. You can plug it into a dslr, camcorder or a mobile phone (as long as you have a 3.5mm jack input). The package comes with both adapter/cables to plug to either device. This microphone offers great sound in such a small form factor. I also love love love the fact that they provided a soft case to store it. You get good piece of mind knowing your equipment is safe. Plus I have OCD with organizing my things. lol. Please watch the video to get a sample of the audio from both plugged into my camera and my phone. You will also hear audio without the microphone for reference.

Works fine. If you want to use it not mounted on the camera you'll of course need a 3.5mm audio extension lead as it's only made to mount on the camera. It has a wooly sock for outside use too and a nice case.

I do YouTube videos as a hobby and used a different microphone I picked up on Amazon. This microphone for the price is way better. It comes with everything you need to get up and going in the nice carry box. My other microphone only came with a wind sock. This one comes with what I would call a indoor sock and a wind sock. So it gives you versatility to record inside and outside. Another thing I like about it is it’s size. It is smaller and lighter than my other microphone. This makes it nice for carrying around. I would highly recommend this microphone to anyone looking for a budget microphone.

Worked during tests first week it seemed. Didn't need it and now that I do a few months after purchase, not a single recording isn't messed up with some reverb sound it is picking up or creating. The standard mic on the camera doesn't pick up the sound, nor does the better studio mic. Only this mic creates a reverb sound from a poor connection to the camera. This mic is not good for any purpose and shouldn't have been sold on Amazon as its a junk solution that is worse than the factory mic on your camcorder or camera.
