I bought this coat for a younger homeless man I've been seeing around my coffee shop. I'm in Michigan, it's winter and its cold! We have harsh winters so I wanted to get him something that would keep him warm without breaking me, especially being days after Christmas. After reading reviews, I bought this coat (along with a new winter designed sleeping bag). The day after giving him the items, I seen him and asked how his day and night was.. his reply, much warmer! Thank you! He said the coat keeps him warm and it was a much better night than it had been. My view- The coat appeared to be made of good quality material, inside is nice and soft, it has built in thumb holes to go over your hands partially if you wanted. Nice big hat. Good buy and good price. I recommend.

I really like this coat, which i received today. The coat is nice and snug in my 2X size. really comfy with a furry inner lining, 4 zippered pockets ( 2 hand pockets, one left side chest high, one just a bit lower on the inside). Zippered detachable hood. It's in the 70's here in New York, so i cant test it today. We've had up/down weather here the past 2 weeks, but i'm sure it will be warm enough. What i really love is the weight of the coat, not a heavy beast like a leather jacket i have which is heavy, and the color is for me, love it. The coat also has 2 drawstring cords on the inside at the rear bottom to tighten the bottom if desired. I think i will order another in a different color as i love this coat.

I bought this jacket for my brother for Christmas. I was incredibly impressed with all this jacket had to offer at a great price. It's incredibly soft and warm- very nice plush lining. The detachable hood is a nice feature, and it has a high collar to keep out the cold. I especially like the thumb holes in the knit cuffs, that doubles as a glove. This jacket offers outstanding quality at a very reasonable price price, it's very well made. I highly recommend it.

I got the white one in small. I am 5'10, 160. I like tight form fitting clothing and this one did it for me. I like the material on the outside. Other amazon jackets in this price range feel plasticky and cheap so I returned those. This has something like a matte finish. I have also used these in light rain and they seem to do well. Inside finish is like a soft fleece which feels nice. Keeps me very warm. A huge plus is that the logos do not standout, they are the same color as the jacket and indistinguishable. The zippers seem alright. I think they'll last for at least a year. Overall, I would recommend this for someone that wants something stylish, plus warm, plus good value.
