Super cheap, so my expectations were low for this “filler” bed frame while I shop for a set I love. I was very meticulous when putting it together with power tools, so I could get it as sturdy as possible with the reviews I read. The sides of the bed are two pieces of wood, so the look is off. Also the wood doesn’t match up perfectly so its a slapstick piece of furniture. Again the price is CHEAPPPPPP, but still the piece should at a low expectation line up. The bed stain is VERY yellow, pumpkin orange color and not sturdy at all- very wobbly. Comes in two parts for the side boards and they have to screw together, which again, isn’t sturdy. Some lines in the boards that almost look like cracks- maybe they aren’t all the way through but didn’t trust it for the long term and returned it. ... show more

Beware! This bed is not sturdy at al and the color is not walnut as described. The slats feel like they are going to crack. its almost like a mix of walnut and cherry color. It was pretty easy to put together. We didn't return it only because we had already put it together and didn't want the hassle of taking it apart. I would not recommend it or repurchase.
