What I love about this brace is it helps reduce pain in my knee after arthroscopy for a torn meniscus. What I also hate about it is that it helps so well, I overextended myself on a walk and I am paying for it now. When I put it on, it is a dramatic difference - the pain decreases SIGNIFICANTLY. I have dogs I need to walk and I can do our normal walk pain-free when I wear this. Yesterday, I ventured further afield because I felt so good in it. Oh well, I learned my lesson! I was given a knee brace at the urgent care before my surgery and I never wear it because 1. the velcro closure ends up on my skin, which is uncomfortable and 2. my knee hurts MORE when I wear it. I looked for a knee brace that I could where after the surgery and I am glad I found this one. The velcro never touches my skin and the patella support and straps let me adjust to a comfortable and supportive fit. My dogs thank you!

I liked that there is a huge range of sizes this product can adapt to. I had previously bought one from a drug store, and had to return it because it wouldn't fit well and the velcro was too small. So very happy with the current purchase.

I injured my left knee three months ago, used knee wrapping with compression bandages with not much stabilization effect. This one works. Very well. Promotes stability and healing.

Too tight and too loose? The loose/bunched up fabric on the back of my knee was awkward and uncomfortable. Seemed like it was an addition for comfort from the straps maybe? The quality wasn't BAD though and I think it could help SOME people that have average size/shape legs. The difference between 4 inches above my knee and below my knee where the brace ends is probably 7 or 8 inches. It fit awkwardly and bunched. Didn't support my knee well when my leg was straightened and bearing weight on my knee offered no stability. The velcro straps were too tight and/or awkward. I might just have to use an ace bandage. Disappointed but it was worth a shot. Maybe someone should design a knee brace for curvy girls? Or just anyone with thick thighs (I imagine ppl who have very muscular thighs have issues too?) Our leg dimensions are way different than the standard. Makes for finding knee support very difficult. End rant/review (same thing right?) 😂

Bought this after about 6 weeks of knee pain after tweaking something while mowing (this is on the side that I had hip surgery on in July, so I chalk it up to instability and stepping wrong). Upon putting the brace on, I felt instant relief. It's easy to walk in and takes the pressure off. Fir reference, I'm a 5'7" 125lbs woman and got a size small. It fits perfectly because of the stretch bands. ☺️
