If you plan to mount the shades on the inside of your window, please ensure your window-recess is at least 1/4 inches larger than the shade size that you purchase. Also, please make certain that you have a 3/4" inches of depth/flat-space to install the mounting brackets or 1" if you want your blinds mounted flush with your window frame.
