We have narrow windows in our living room. Calyx interiors is one of the few brands offering 22 inch width and the price is unbeatable! No cords, pulleys, just a simple, minimalistic and clean look. Huge plus is that blinds are very silent. Installation was easy, and I love it came with Valance since I am an "over" and not "under" person, so I needed something to hide the fact all blinds are supposed to be mounted "under." Yes, they are not perfectly centred, but for this price I can live with that. Saved a ton of money on bespoke blinds, that would be only max.10% better. Very happy with my purchase. Already returned for more - for bedroom. For the bedroom I needed 71 inch width in total, went with 2x 35"W x 60"H (since half inch width was out of stock along with the longer version) and I am glad I did! They are slightly longer than stated, so I could mount them on my first choice place that needs 64" length and it closes leaving no gap. ... show more

These blinds work great once we got them installed. Looks nice too. Installation was easy until it came to attaching the actual blind to the hooks. The hooks are easily bent and will not install properly when bent.

High quality for the price. The fit is a little narrow over the widow but the material is standard seems durable and does not look cheap. They were easy to hang and only took a few mins. A quick drill job does the trick. I would advise this over an adhesive to hang.

I ordered a blackout roller shade from Calyx Interiors. I needed it to install on my door's glass, to keep the sun out in the mornings. I ordered one that is made of Polyester, and looks like the ones I often see in hotels. However, what I received was one made of paper, and looks like an accordion. And, it doesn't block much light. I really don't understand how Calyx Interiors could mess up my order that bad. The shade I got is not even closed to what I ordered -- it looks completely different, if you see the pictures I included. I'm sure I would've like the shade, if I had received the correct order. But, I just can't trust a company that messes up orders that bad. ... show more

    • Design Flaw: Can NEVER be centered over the window

The media could not be loaded. I was pleased with how easy it was to install these. However, after installation I realized there is a clear design flaw (extra hardware on the right side that doesn’t exist in the left side) which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to ever have the valance AND the blind centered o er the window. You have to choose whether you want the blind centered OR the valance centered over your window. See video for visual and explanation. Bummer. ... show more
