I am truly impressed! I for one am not the type to go out my way and by supplements. I usually just speak to my doctor and go with what theye recommend. But upon reading the reviews and doing some research I gave it a go. The delivery came before estimated time which was great! Now for the experience: Upon opening the package I was quite curious as to the gummies being green because it indicates it being cherry, hense I still popped open the bottle and took 2 as specified. The taste was mild and the chew was pleasant, not hard or tart, very moist and palatable. I went along with my day and found my self in a very relaxed state (which is not usual). I was able to concentrate better, and my mood overall was pleasant. I had no weird after effects or reactions, nor down feelings even several hours after consuming. I have a weak stomach and these did not upset my digestion whatsoever. Needless to say this WILL NOT be the last time I purchase this product. I have used many prescribed medications from 'professionals" and I cannot say they worked better. These definitely took the cake. I have a relative that also suffers from extreme anxiety and decided to try a few, and within no time we noticed a total change of mood and attitude. In short in can only say these are truly heaven sent. Thank you so much for those who came up with this supplement, many people strive to find better solutions to handle mood and nervous disorders without the prescriptions, and this is definitely a winner!!! The first day I took this product....I felt like I was "high" or buzzed on Xanax or something. I was at work but really wished I was in bed instead. I felt relaxed and un-bothered but sleepy. This was the experience my gf had the first day taking it too and she ended up falling asleep. I thought I was going to have to switch it to night time but for whatever reason I didn't and I powered through and kept taking it in the morning because of all the good things I read and heard about it (energy, focus, reduced anxiety, etc.) I'm glad I did....by the next week I started to notice my mood was soooo much better. I found myself in a great mood more times than not, smiling, happy, and not bothered by things that would normally annoy/irritate me. It was weird and I couldn't really put my finger on why I was in such a good mood until I remembered I had been taking this vitamin every morning. I really like it...a lot! This is a vitamin I plan on taking long term. It definitely reduces anxiety and helps with stress but also improves mood. It makes sense because it has seritonergic activity similar to most SSRIs (anti-depressants). The fact that it's a gummy and doesn't taste bad is a plus too! So far I've only been taking 1 every morning and that's been enough for me. Maybe one day I might increase to 2. Highly recommend!

Y’all don’t know me, but you’re going to have to take my word for it - THESE GUMMIES WORK! So I am 42 years old and the mom to an immunocompromised, special needs 11 year old and a very typical 14 year old boy. Because of my daughters needs we have been home since March 2020 and as we hit the 17 month mark of quarantine I have had it! My stress level is high and I have been super quick to snap at my husband and kids. When I read about these gummies I thought why not? The price is right, I’ll give it a whirl. They arrived and I took one right away. Other reviewers said they tasted tart, but I didn’t feel that way at all. I thought it was delicious! I continued taking them daily. Last week (after ten days of taking them) my husband asked me what changed. I wasn’t so tight and irritated. I told him about the new gummies and he asked to start taking them too! I feel more calm and in control. I am less high strung. My sleep has been better according to my Fitbit and I don’t think that’s coincidental. I am so pleased I ordered these and encourage you to as well!

I don’t know whose idea it was to label these as cherry, personally I like to think of them as a Haribo mystery flavor, but hey I’ll let it slide because they still taste great! Consider them a candy with benefits. As someone who previously had to take prescribed mega doses of vitamin D in huge, nasty pills I am over the moon about the addition of 100mcgs of vitamin D in this gummy. Maybe I’m like the people in infomercials who act like everything is difficult, but honestly what was once a chore has now become something I look forward to & that’s a win in my book. They aren’t chalky & they don’t stick in your teeth which prevents otherwise awkward & unflattering situations. I recently traveled with them & luckily I didn’t experience any hassle from TSA, who did happen to be very skeptical of my bodybuilder friend’s powders. To keep things extra chill, I take these gummies with HTP & magnesium & I find that my days are more productive & my nights are more restful. For $11, it’s a nice little investment into your physical health & mental well-being.

This is my first time being introduced to Ashwagandha so I'm not 100% sure how I'm suppose to react to it. I've been taking them daily for the past week while at work. My job is really fast paced so I don't really know if I fell the relaxed feeling but I do feel a little more focus so that's definitely good. I'm pretty sure it's doing it's thing so maybe I need to take an extra dose over the next few weeks. The gummies are soft and easy to chew. The flavor is great and tasty pretty good. The only "weird" thing is that it's cherry flavored but the gummies are green. It's not a big deal at all I would have just went with a red color. Overall I would say it's a really good product and look forward to trying different products from the company.
