These are dangerous! After about a year, I started getting some shacking when I braked. It got worse from there to the point where I almost lost control of the car. The rotors were warping when they got warm causing the brake pads to lose contact. After I had the rotors and brakes professionally changed out I noticed that my jeep just rode smoother and actually braked before the pedal was half way to the floor. So far I have been very happy. Great quality no rust or discolor. The only thing I would recommend is to give the correct pads and hardware for the front. They should have holes in they side of the pads for a clip that is there too push the pads from getting stuck they are heavy duty in they front. But its okay I'm still happy but the next set of pads make sure they are heavy duty if you have 4x4 or they won't come with the clip. Highly recommend! ... show more

These brake rotors and pads installed well and look great on the car. But ever since I installed them I’ve been getting a lot of brake noise when I’m driving (not when braking). I gave it a while to see if maybe it just needed a brake in period, but the sound continued. It’s considerably noisier on wet days too. It’s a light rubbing noise at slow speeds, and turns into a pulsating humming noise around 35 mph, and disappears at highway speeds. Everything is greased up and cleaned as it should, so maybe it’s just a consequence of the drilled holes and slots that you will have to live with. It seems that other customers have had good experiences with these brakes so maybe it’s just a one off experience, but I am going to be trading out these brakes and rotors for a different set. ... show more
