  • Artemis? More like Awesomeness!
Color: Artemis Compressor Boost
I love it. Clean boost into compression is what I prefer to have directly after the instrument, and to have both of those in one very handsome enclosure is pretty much a dream-come-true for me. Construction is good, knobs are good. Sounds fantastic. I really appreciate the EQ knob on comp. Really I have zero complaints about this product. If you're looking for a compressor, and you don't already have a boost pedal, then I would strongly recommend for you to just scroll up and click "Buy Now". ... show more

  • Works great, one caveat
Color: Artemis Compressor Boost
This works great. The boost is clear as a bell and the compressor works better than my pigtronics pedal. It's consistent and simple to use. I would just put the compressor before the boost, but otherwise it's perfect and a steal for the price!

  • Basically only good for an ‘always on’ compressor
Color: Artemis Compressor Boost
The compression part is decent, the overdrive adds essentially no gain which sucks, but the big kicker is that mine pops horribly loud when you click either side on making it a no-go for any actual live use.

  • Not so great
Color: Artemis Compressor Boost
So I replaced my behringer compressor pedal with this. The behringer was so much better. This one didn't really seem to do much of anything. You could barely hear a difference between all knobs set at noon vs maxed out. And the boost (which is why I chose this one) didn't boost at all. Couldn't tell if it were on or off even with the boost knob maxed. ... show more

  • Good Starter Boost+Compressor
Color: Artemis Compressor Boost
This pedal is great for pedalboard economy of space, and doesn't sound too bad either. Very solid enclosure and great build! My main complaint is that the compressor knob only has a couple of sweet spots, and they don't always work with every tone. Without the ability to control attack/release this can feel like a lack of control. The EQ knob definitely helps though. ... show more
