My husband was experiencing shoulder pain and I felt our relatively new mattress was to firm. Tried this as it was reasonably priced and I liked the thickness in the description. Since using it, my husband wakes up without pain and I am much more comfortable. Better than buying a new mattress!

I've had this topper for about 2 months now and I'm overall pretty happy with it. We purchased a new mattress a few months ago and unfortunately it was a bit more firm than expected. This topper has definitely made a difference in comfort. It needs to be fluffed about once a week and I suggest putting a protective cover over top because this thing would be pretty impossible to wash without really messing it up. I can't see it lasting more than a year or so, I've already noticed it hasn't been getting as "fluffly" after fluffing as it was when I first purchased it. But for the price, I think lasting a year is fair. Long story short: it seems to be pretty decent quality and it has certainly improve comfort and sleep quality. ... show more

Ordered this hoping from some back relief . I have Degenerative Bone & Disc Disease so I wanted to try this option before purchasing a new memory foam mattress. First night the support was amazing. It is about 3 inches thick after fluffing in the dryer. Second night i woke up stiff and sore again. Yes It cut my lower back & hip pain by 50%. Each person is different so It does help. UPDATE: 3/8 The manufacturer reached out to me after I posted my review and stressed how sorry they were that I wasn’t happy with my product. They sent a replacement very quickly. I just received it today and will follow up once I let the topper sit out and get a chance to try it out. Updating to 4 stars - because the customer service is top notch! I am so appreciative of how nice they were and how quickly they worked to make me a happy customer. Original post: I was really excited to order this topper. However, we opened our package yesterday and left the topper out all not to acclimate and it’s not any thicker or fluffier than when we first opened the package. It’s very flimsy in most spots with a few squares very fluffy. I just wish they were all that fluffy. I do t have any confidence that the rest will expand that way. We did put it in the dryer to see if it would help but no luck. I’ve seen other review photos and their toppers look so plush. I wish mine looked like that as well. Debating on whether or not to return or wait a little while longer to see if the topper expands. Maybe mine is defective? ... show more
