im a woman who assembled this myself with my baby crawling everywhere. it took me a while but was very straightforward and easy to follow. the leds are an awesome feature, and i really love the charging ports and storage in headboard. you wont stub your toes, but watch your shins when running around. perfect size for my california king. my mattress doesn’t slide around at all, the frame boards ensure that. high quality, especially for what you’re paying. i accidentally nicked one of the cupboards pretty good in installation and you can hardly tell aside from a small dent. definitely worth the money. ... show more

Wow not sure where to begin. There was no direction n we could not get a hold of no one until late that night (not sure why they do not have the direction on their website to download) and I had someone here at my home to put it together and he said that I should send it back because it’s junk. The metal was slightly warped.. I hated sending it back but just not good quality & then the little things wrong with it just kept adding up. They were rude at first, but after I reminded them it said that I could return it they did, so that I am very thankful for. It has made me second-guess to ever buy something that big from Amazon unless it has a ton of great reviews that was my mistake but again they did what was right n they did refund me & for that I am so very thankful n giving 3 stars. The bed looks great put together and is very sturdy. My only complaint is that I thought the storage in the headboard was bigger. Oh, also the 5 million parts was a pain and the directions were terrible (my husband and I almost divorced after putting it together…lol), but otherwise we love it!

The frame doesn’t even fit my bed!!!!! I ordered the California king frame, which is the size my bed is and my bed is hanging about 2 to 3 inches over the frame.. I double checked the box to make sure it said California king and it sure did say that, but again my bed does not fit

This bed is AWESOME!! Ok so full disclosure I ordered the wrong size bed the first time. I realized it a day too late. So I contacted customer service and they were absolutely AMAZING! Answered all my questions and super fast response time. The most I waited in between responses was 10 minutes. That is saying something considering they are in California and I am in North Carolina. If every company conducted business like this one there would be no disgruntled customers!!! Ok now onto the bed. My husband and I were constantly hitting our toes on the other bed we had. We are in our 40’s and let me tell you…you hit a toe on Monday and by Friday your whole body is out of whack! So the fact that we can not take out any little piggies because the supports are further back is great! When I first looked at the directions I thought I would lose my mind. It’s like a small booklet. But honestly once you organize your pieces it super straightforward and easy. Really it looks like a lot but it took my husband and I under an hour. The lights under he bed look so cool. I don’t need a lamp in the bedroom anymore! I want to thank customer ... show more
