    • Temp control doesn't work, keeps climbing
The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to love this. Sadly, even though I set a temperature, the heat fluctuates up and down before it ever gets to temperature. Once it gets there, it won't stay there. It continues to climb, upwards of 60 degrees over set temp! Then it will dip down a little, then call for heat again, never going back to the set temperature. I have messaged the company and will be willing to exchange once, but if the 2nd doesn't work, I'll be asking for a refund. I will update when I have a replacement. ... show more

    • Does okay on 20oz but not 30oz
When you program your temperature, it goes over the temperature as you press. I can deal with that. When I used on 20oz it wasn't getting the top or bottom completely. I used an infra-red temperature check and it's not as hot towards the ends. I finally was going to do a 30oz skinny and it won't adjust out far enough to press them, so I'm very dissatisfied with it. I bought it because it said 20 and 30oz sublimation. False advertising. I'll contact the seller to see what can be done, I'm past the return window I'm sure. ... show more

This is only 1 picture of the ghosting. Every cup we did we got ghosting and we did so much research and then arched videos on what to do that there should have been no reason for it. Selling it and getting an oven instead!

    • timer doesn't work
I dislike the timer doesn't count down have to count down myself and hope my tumbler comes out ok. I put the mug in and the timer still not counting down. Don't know that I was so much for a product that doesn't accurately work help with this issue please.
