Very versatile and makes it easy to use up and down any door

Update: After leaving the review below I was contacted by the company and it was suggested that the one I purchased was defective and they offered to send me another one, which I accepted. Unfortunately I had the same issue with the new one when doing a pull down with 100 pounds of Bodylastic straps to work my back. HOWEVER, because I like this device so much more than the multi-anchor device I bought (and returned), which kind of disrupted the flow when I had to move straps from one anchor to another, I decided to try something clever and added the second sliding buckle under the top one to see if it would stop it from sliding, and it worked!! I put everything I had into it and it didn't budge, so what I'd recommend to anyone considering this device is to purchase two and use the second buckle to support the first when doing any pull down exercises and keep the extra strap and ratchet system for something else, like moving or strapping something to your car since I imagine it would work pretty great for that. Also, if you use any rubber tubing bands you might want to add a sock or some soft material in the loop so the band doesn't get cut like I saw had happened in a review for a similar product. Original Review: I was really happy with this device because of how well designed it seemed with a terrific ratchet system to hold the door strap in place and the ease with which I could adjust the anchor, but there in lies the problem. I'd been trying it out with different exercises and with a somewhat lightweight band at first, but then when I added more "weight" and tried doing a pull down exercise for my back, the anchor slipped down a few inches. I reset it and after a few more reps it happened again and suddenly I found myself holding back and not wanting to put as much effort into the routine as I wanted, which is not good. And so it's with deep sadness that I'll be sending this back and looking for one with preset anchor locations. Really too bad because it seemed like such a great product.

Great product, and very easy to install and remove! Very happy with the product. But I agree with other reviewers that the written instructions are mediocre. Several of the complaints that I read in other reviews seem to reflect it being installed wrong, rather than flaws with the product. There is a video with the product photos at the top of the listing on Amazon, which is very helpful for understanding the installation on a door.

This product works great. I was able to do a full workout moving the loop up and down the door. It is smooth and holds tight when in place. I’m very happy with the product.
