The build is clearly industrial standard, yet the unit is not very heavy, making it much easier to position during the easy installation process. The setup was simple and intuitive. Since turning it on, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in air quality in the basement - it pulls moisture out of the air incredibly fast. I had read other reviews before buying this CADPXS dehumidifier with pump, and now I know I made the right choice. It’s powerful and quiet, quickly removing moisture from my basement. The controls are quite simple to use and the digital display are easy to monitor. Setup was easy with the pump and drain hose, and it keeps the space dry without taking up much room. Bought this dehumidifier for my crawl space and I couldn’t be happier with it. Setup was quick and simple — hooked up the drain hose, plugged it in, and it went right to work. Within the first day I could already tell the air felt drier and fresher. It’s compact enough to fit in tight spaces but still pulls a ton of water out. I don’t have to mess with emptying buckets since it drains automatically, which is a huge plus. It’s also pretty quiet, so I don’t even notice it running most of the time. Definitely worth the money and I’d recommend it to anyone dealing with a damp crawl space.

The media could not be loaded. If you want a 'set it and forget it' dehumidifier for your crawlspace or basement, this is the one. It pulls an impressive amount of water out of the air (up to 80 pints), and you can instantly feel the difference in the humidity levels downstairs. I love that it has an auto-defrost feature since our crawlspace can get quite chilly in the winter, so I never have to worry about the coils freezing up. The 5-year warranty also gives a lot of confidence in the build quality. The setup was straightforward, and the continuous drainage works flawlessly. Good value for the money.

I’m really happy with this dehumidifier—it just works. My basement and crawl space stay nice and dry now, and it handles the whole area (about 1,000 sq. ft.) without a problem. The built-in drain hose is awesome. I hooked it up once and don’t have to worry about emptying a bucket. It’s small enough to tuck into tight spots—around 15 inches on the longest side—and the handle makes it easy to move around if I need to. It’s quiet, even when running all day, and the auto-defrost means it keeps going when it’s cooler down there. The extra features like the 24-hour timer and memory restart are nice to have but mostly I just set it and forget it. Feels solid and well made, and the 5-year warranty gives me peace of mind. Bought this to go in my crawl space. Needed it to fit between two joists and be lower than the floor. Its been pumping along clearing humidity out of the air. Easy to set up and use. I may wire the control panel later but I'm glad that is an option. Its very quiet, can hardly hear it under the floor.
