I'm required to wear a hat for work but anything putting pressure near my ears gives me a headache. Ordered the XL and it is definitely big! But it works well for me because it doesn't put pressure on/behind my ears. This is perfect if you have a big head or big hair!

I got a medium but it didn't fit... It seems I have a small head. I would've really like a bit of stretchy material as it's not adjustable but it looks great. The rim is a little too large and even with the small keeps coming too far down. Maybe I just need to get used to it and then I'll update the review. ... show more

I purchased this cap to replace an old army cap that I used underneath my welding helmets. The quality of the new cap itself is excellent, but the stiff brim makes it somewhat difficult to use with the welding helmets. I wish it were totally flexible.
