I'm required to wear a hat for work but anything putting pressure near my ears gives me a headache. Ordered the XL and it is definitely big! But it works well for me because it doesn't put pressure on/behind my ears. This is perfect if you have a big head or big hair!

I got a medium but it didn't fit... It seems I have a small head. I would've really like a bit of stretchy material as it's not adjustable but it looks great.
