The Total Gym is great (signature series is amazing) but not all exercises work or feel right with the hands operating separately as there’s 2 cables, one for each side obviously. Connect the 2 cables of the TG together with a carabiner, add a foot or so of additional cable so the pull of the weight comes down the middle. Add any of these attachments and now you get normal feeling tricep press downs, seated rows and even curls. Well worth it, was a good buy. ... show more

This set was well made and has a very thick nice rubber hand grip section. They came in in great condition. The only gripe was they are a little squeaky when using them due to metal parts moving. I was about to add some 3 in 1 oil and the squeak is gone. Good product.
