Not only can I store my wine properly, but my husband is also very happy that he now has a place to store and chill his beer. It’s the perfect size for both cans and bottles alike. I’m so happy with the look of it, it’s very sleek and modern and its performance is amazing. It has so many nice features. The temperature is easy to control with the smart touch screen control. It can be controlled for the perfect temperature for wines ranging from 40° to 65°F and has a temperature range of 34°F- 54°F. I love being able to precisely choose the temp for each kind as the temperature of wine makes a world of difference for taste! I really like that in less than 40 minutes of putting our drinks in they are chilled and ready to drink! Perfect for when we are entertaining and need our drinks ready quickly. The temp can be selected on the sensor touch panel, as well as turning on and off the super cool blue lighting for inside. The lighting gives it a fun and modern look. This cooler is ideal for storing for long periods or for preparing for a party, as it holds up to 33 bottles of wine with no problem and up to 100 cans! The shelves can be adjusted as needed to allow me to house larger bottles or taller cans. The shelves that house the bottles slide in and out very smoothly for ease of access and also can be removed for easy cleaning. The shelving is very sturdy and also moisture proof. The cooler operates quietly which is nice since we spent a lot of time watching games and television in the bar area. It has given our area a real bar feeling, we couldn’t be happier with this cooler.

Customer service has been timely and friendly in addressing a shipping and billing issue that came up when ordering the refrigerator. Alice, the customer service rep that was helping me out did a great job. The refrigerator was delivered on time in excellent shape. I purchased the 30" Ca'Lefort wine and beverage fridge in 8/23. When these arrived, they are actually 2 separate units and did not look the same for a side-by-side install. This was a big problem. I contacted the seller and found they were in the process of getting new inventory. So, I received one unit that was from the new inventory and one that was from the old, which was damaged in several areas. They were very helpful and worked with me for a quite a few weeks to resolve the issue, aka, wait for all new inventory. They did provide everything I needed for the damaged unit to be returned. I will say that I was a little nervous, as I had 2 appliances that didn't match and one that was damaged. But patience prevailed and overall, I am happy with their customer service. As for the product themselves, they have been in use for over a year. Both appliances have been great. They are very quiet and keep things cold. They are attractive with the blue glow light, and it makes a great night light for the kitchen. I have noticed reviews about the light not getting to the lower shelving, and that is the case in the beverage fridge, if there are a lot of items on the very top shelf. As for the dual zone wine cooler, there is one light for each zone, 2 lights total, beautiful, so not an issue for me. They do keep wine and beverages cold. The beverage fridge is a single zone and there is no issue with it. However, the dual zones of the wine cooler are connected and cannot truly be considered separate areas cooling at different temperatures. It is not possible. The controls on the unit are located between the sections and does not have a seal of any kind separating or sealing off the 2 zones or sections. All wine will be kept at a combined temperature of the 2 areas. It is NOT possible to keep wines at an exact temperature with this model. Obviously, the wine kept at a lower temp, will be a little warmer and the wine kept at the higher temp will be a little colder than usual. For me, not enough to mind. Just remember to remove the red a little before consuming and it's fine. As for price, it has remained pretty consistent over the past 1.6 years. So, yes, I would purchase again, and I am looking to purchase 2 more for my casita project I am working on. So, there is that to be said.

We've had this now for about 2 months. So far, it's kept cold and runs fairly quietly, which was a pleasant surprise. The company was very proactive regarding instructions, even prior to delivery. They seem very diligent in wanting to have good customer service, providing instructions on what to do if there is a problem. We're very happy with this so far!

My wife and I purchased this because we like to keep some chilled wine on hand. More importantly, we like to keep some beers and pop on hand also. Wine is just fine somewhere between 36 and 50°, depending on the wine. So it’s absolutely great for that. However, the lowest it will go is supposedly 36° which is not cold enough for many beers and soda pops. It is so warm that it’s the kind of warm I would send the drink back if I were in a restaurant. Very disappointing. Wish we hadn’t bought it. like I said, if it was a wine fridge, that would be great But it’s not good for much else. Aside from that, the construction and quality of the unit is very very nice. The LED lights are essentially useless because they’re at the top of the cabinet so you can’t see anything even when you turn them on. I would buy somebody else’s fridge if I were shopping again.
